By downloading or playing any Equiaux game, including PRIMALRIFT and Fast Food Rush ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Equiaux ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Game you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use the Game to develop a competing product
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or any unauthorised third-party software that interacts with the Game
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players through multiplayer features (where applicable)

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example Remove Ads, Starter Pack, Premium Kitchen, or Full Game, depending on the title).

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the platform's refund policy
• Purchases are tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any purchasable item with reasonable notice

Restore Purchases: iOS users can restore previous non-consumable purchases via the Restore Purchases option in the Shop.

4. Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By playing you consent to the display of ads, subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional, user-initiated feature.

5. Multiplayer (multiplayer titles only)

In titles with online multiplayer, a network connection is required. We are not responsible for connectivity issues, data charges, or latency caused by your network or device. We reserve the right to modify or shut down multiplayer services at any time.

6. User Content (titles with profiles / multiplayer)

Where a Game allows a player name, that name may be visible to other players. You agree not to use names that are offensive, hateful, or in violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or modify any name at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — graphics, audio, code, characters, gameplay — is owned by Equiaux or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
